Happy New Year, and belated Happy Holidays! As some of you may already know, this site has been in a bit of a hiatus. Sometimes, life throws a curveball at you and you're just forced to catch it and deal :) Anyways, after a much needed break- I'm back in business. I hope to launch a new site design in the near future, and although the queue remains to be closed until I do some much needed dusting off around here- please enjoy some better in pink! original designs from the shop!

- #I’ve been really slacking with the freebies lately. I know, I suck. But, I do have a few scrapped design concepts that would make cute freebies. Anyone want to take a stab at creating some freemade blogger templates / WP Themes out of them? I’d be glad to collaborate with you! Heidi wanted something fun and spunky and she wanted her blog to accommodate larger images. She also wasn’t crazy about her current logo and wanted a new one. I came up with a few variations of this concept and she chose this one.
The original had a little bird I illustrated but she thought it might be a bit too young for her audience. I still think he’s cute so I’m posting him on the scrap pile ;)

This one was made a while back for a client, and unfortunately I just couldn’t quite get the look she was going for. I still quite like it though : )
