I’ve completed the logo design won by Erin of Lucky Designs. Here is the final concept that Erin chose for her logo. I’m pretty pleased with it, what do you guys think?

I got a new work computer while I wait for the files to be taken out of the old one so I’m up and running. My client back up files aren’t available yet, but I am almost fully functional again!

As of right now my work computer is either dead or doing a very, very good impression of a dead computer. Thankfully, I regularly back up my client files so I have everything, I just don’t have access to my programs (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc) I used my serial number to activate the second copy of photoshop on this new computer after my old laptop spazzed out on me and now I have no way of installing photoshop on another computer unless I purchase the program again. Which I planned on doing, but didn’t think it would be this way :( Anywhoo, what this means is that for the next few days (hopefully not more than a week!) I won’t be on chat as often (I’m currently using my daughter’s laptop) because I have to send out my computer to be diagnosed and hopefully repaired. May has officially kicked my butt. You hear that May? You WIN! WON! (whatever!) I am just getting around to contacting the winners of the contest, and writing up my post about it. Slowly but surely I’m catching up on all the emails and quote requests that have been coming in as well. I’ve been working on providing new content for the site so that there is more information where you need it regarding my availability, pricing, and I’ll be adding some articles to the very neglected resources area as well.

This month I will be mainly focusing on my current projects *waves hi to Recipe Girl, Wendy from Sacred Moment Weddings and Heidi from HJ Photography* As well as tying up some loose ends from some of my previous projects *waves hi to Kat and Robyn* I’m also hoping to be able to get started on design concepts for my contest winners. *waves hi to Molly, Erin and Kat again* And, you know the usual toddler chasing, teen chauffering, mom and wife stuff I do on the down low ;)

This all to say, that if you have been getting a slow response from me the past couple of weeks it’s all MAY’s FAULT. June is here, and that means that school is almost over, and that means that soon, very soon I will have my babysitters, err daughters back to help out a bit while I get some work done. Right? Right? Ok. I need to go do some Yoga. Or something.
