Jolie Rancher
This premade was inspired by a Jolly Rancher candy cane that was hanging on my Christmas tree, and it's super-girlie so I'm calling it Jolie Rancher ;) This is a 2-column Premade with both soft and bright colors, and pretty scalloped edging.
